Body Balance is pleased to be able to offer classes in Taijiquan (T’ai Chi) and Qigong under the instruction of Rose Peterson.
Taijiquan and Qigong are ancient forms of body movement performed for their health benefits and martial applications. They are slow moving controlled exercises with emphasis on correct body alignment, awareness and breathing.
Taijiquan and Qigong reduce stress while improving well being, body tone and strength.
There are no age or physical ability requirements. All can benefit. No special clothing or equipment is required and you can practice in your own home.
