Yoga is an ancient science and discipline that explores the relationship of the mind, body and
spirit. There are eight components of yoga that guide us in the process of self discovery. The
principle content of the retreat will review the eight components and delve deeper into the social
ethics - Yamas. This concept assists us in developing a conscious relationship with our world and
ourselves. Allow yourself the time to enhance your understanding of yoga concepts and embrace a
self-giving experience as you retreat to the serenity and privacy among the live oaks at the Trinity
Center.
This three day retreat has been designed for beginners as well as advanced yoga practitioners.
