Technique Class
The class is designed to explore yoga at a deeper level. We are reminded that asana (posture) and pranayama (breathing) have specific health benefits. The slower pace will allow individual exploration to find your edge, identify resistance and importantly use pranayama to develop the mind/body connection.
Beginners and advanced yogis will benefit from this experience.
Class is offered the 1st Wednesday of each month from 5:30-6:45pm and the 1st Monday of each month from 8-9:15am.
